For patients roughly one to two months after surgery, covering solid foods, meal preparation, hunger awareness, protein, labels, vitamins, and deficiency prevention.
Patients may join a live Tuesday Zoom Q&A before surgery and during the first three months after surgery.
For patients one year or more after surgery who are navigating regain, a plateau, older habits, or possible deficiency-related symptoms. Support may combine a class, assessment, coaching, log review, or laboratory review.

For people who have not had bariatric surgery and are not pursuing surgery. Options include a five-hour recorded series, a one-hour assessment with a personalized plan, follow-ups, and phone coaching.
Individualized nutrition counseling may address celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, IBS, colitis, GERD, gastritis, low-FODMAP nutrition, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and cardiovascular concerns.
